As for the Sierra 5, we are waiting to get more restocked, we currently do not have an ETA for them. Some customers have had luck calling local Powered By Silencer Shop dealers and finding them in stock in local inventory. I totally understand the frustration, I will follow up with a DM. -Chase

anybody use Capitol Armory for silencers?? They seem to have a new scheme where if you live in an approved state in the end the can gets shipped directly to the customer. Curious how that's going, anybody use them chime in and give a report. Hopefully it's successful and faster??

I have two at 222 days. Hopefully soon now that they are finally processing march apps. Filed a paper app 9-20-2021, approved 10-20-2022. Been waiting over a month on the paperwork to show up.
Sure they were.. I had an approval June 2nd. It was certified February 1st.
There seem to be a few people that it helped. Especially when the rep looked to find out where the problem was in the process for them.
I'm at day 102, and I'm also impatient. I bought 7/4/22 and certified 7/7/22. Calling your rep isn't going to change anything as THOUSANDS of people are in front of us--most have been waiting even longer.

It’s realistic you will see an approval by a week from today (October 28) or sooner as they are consistently approving 3/9 submissions at this time; with the caveat there are no errors/disqualifications on your submission.

There is no doubt about the FBI, they always claim it's the "background check/prints" that is why its in limbo. Pending means nothing more than they have your money and the form is in the pipe, it's not like someone has actually looked at your form. I find it hard to believe it takes more than 5 minutes to run 1 thumb print to verify you, especially since I've been printed probably 20 times over my career. If your prints are in the system it should be simply a NICS check and it's verified. It is designed IMO to just be a slow walk, no matter what. My fastest approval was a form 1 SBR at ~12 weeks. I think those days may be over??

So far, according to the ATF I am above the standard for Efiles. ATF just told me about 40 minutes ago that the average wait was just around 180-190 days. I suspect the current standard will shift, and it won't be in our favor. Anyways, maybe one day someone will listen to our concerns?
