DO NOT buy a SA base they are junk. and like stated above you can invest a small car into these rifles just to get to the 1MOA mark. if precision is your game and I have been down this road buy a AR in 308 that is half the price and shoots twice as accurate

    Re: Am I stupid for doing this? good choice, alot of sps shoot great from the factory. Ive been going down this road as well but I would opt for the AAC version of the SPS for the 1:10 twist. shoot it and see what happens and the stock and BM you buy for this rifle will work on a custom 700...

    Just got a 5R take off for a shillen #7 308, front bolt will not go in the receiver so im assuming the barrel is to big for the stock inletting. is this something I need to send off to do or just it just need to be opened up alittle?

    Suppressors Slide Stop Extension 1911

    Re: Slide Stop Extension 1911 nice firm grip on the top of the slide to release it when locked back. no need for extended pieces that make your weapon wider. a slide stop is not the way that I release the slide so I am no need for bigger controls in that area
