Re: Need advice on suppressor the larger volume of the 308 cans ran on 223 guns takes care of the larger bore hole "problem". if you need qd then get the dedicated 223 m42000 or go 762sd to be versatile.

Re: Current model AAC Cyclone cyclone metered the best in a recent shootout (2nd place compared to a 2" diameter 12" long 3 times as heavy can). it is the best thread on 308 can you can buy, period. no i dont work for aac
Re: Baffle strike a correctly mounted can should give no problems. they only thing to worry about is bullets no being stable. many manufacturers will repair their cans if you get a strike. stay with quality makers and you will be fine. strikes can happen but not as much as you are fretting...
