The only thing more that I do is that I make sure I degrease the the holes in the action and base mounting screws and use " BLUE " Loctite on the mounting screws. On my personal guns I start by bedding the forward mounting section before doing the rear. My reason for this is that I feel that...
If I am in the woods where I am hunting or scouting and and only packing a handgun & I think there is a good chance that there is something Big there that might want to eat me I will have my Freedom Arms 454 or my 50 Desert Eagle on my hip. I think my FNX Tactical in 45 acp is perfect " as...
I was in the same boat a while back. after I had a chance to put an eye on them in person I went with the Cronus BTR No Regrets, Looking at buying another
I have the Trij with the 2 moa dot on my FNX Tactical. Use the correct plate that came with the FNX and it will co witness with your sights. also the Blade Tech holster is a perfect holster for this set up
I have the G21 & the FNX 45 tactical . I like the FNX a bit better if I thought I would have bear problems I would leave them both home & pack my Desert Eagle 50AE If I wanted something lighter to carry I would swap out my Glock 45 barrel for one in 10mm
Do you re treat after each cleaning? & Have you shot a can treated like this wet with wire pulling gel ? I'm thinking that 5cc of this dot 5 might be ideal when shooting wet on a can treated in this manor
I too am new to suppressors . I have 2 cans in nfa jail and will have an ultrasonic cleaner by the time my stamps clear I just don't know which one to purchase at this time. I did see a good article on pre treating a new suppressor to make it much easier to clean. His method was to take a...

I've carried concealed for the past 38 years and can say that color should make no difference if you are concealing properly as the gun should not be seen.
I was wondering ( as my Thunderbeast Ultra 7 is still in jail ) about how many slow fire at the range 308 rounds would it take before the marage starts to take effect through my scope if there is no cover on it. The reason I ask is as soon as I get it I will want to shoot it and wont have a...
No comp at this time just shooting steel at my friends place. The MSR worked out great for the unknown distances he would have set up for me. I have just mounted a Silencer co Radius on my rifle and will be using it from now on to range -mostly for use on groundhogs
I have a S&B PM2 MSR & am Very pleased with it. I picked up a Cronus BTR for my 300 WSM because I did not have the $$$$ for another PM2 and am Very pleased with it too.
I just picked up an Athlon Cronus BTR 4.5-29 for my 300 WSM and am very pleased with it . As for the glass -I don't think it's that far behind my S&B PMII 5-25. The lit recticle puts my S&B to shame and have no trouble seeing it on a bright sunny day. IMO This scope gave me the best value...
