This is my first time using this brass. Its new out of the box and I'm seeing about .005 neck tension which makes me uncomfortable since I like to be around .002. I dont have any way of expanding the necks. Should I just not worry and shoot it?

Re: Federal brass not full length resizing! Fuzzball, I've done just what you said. Lubed the case good and plenty, screwed the die down until it touches with the ram fully up but it still doesnt touch at the top of the stroke. I'm putting pretty much my entire body weight into the press too!
