Re: NFA trust? A Revocable Living Trust from Quicken Willmaker will suit your needs. If you feel more comfortable, there are now attorneys that specialize in NFA-oriented trusts. Personally, my trust was created 6 years ago with Quicken and I have had zero issues through many transfers.
