i have a aquired some moly disulfide powder and was wondering if anyone has used it for a case neck lube for sizing case necks etc. i would assume it could be used sparingly and need not be wiped out when used. am i thinking wrong here?

Whats the best way to remove the lube from the case once it;s been sized? I've been wiping them with a rag but its to slow and leaves lube on the case. Has any one ran hot water over them?
I have been playing around with hBN as a neck lube. Seems to be much better than mica. I know its sort of expensive but I bought a pound and its more than a lifetime supply for me. Has anyone else tried it??
