    Gunsmithing Front ADL TG Screw?

What purpose does the front ADL trigger guard screw serve (i.e., the BDL only has 2 action screws)? Is it's purpose only to hold the mag box in place and to more firmly secure the trigger guard? Is there any inherent loss in accuracy if the front screw is not used? The reason that I ask is...

Range Report I can screw it up...

..as well as the next guy. Went to the range today and fired three rounds from 1K. The first two were solid hits 8" apart and then I pulled(called) the third shot. Overall the 3 shot group measured 11 1/2". Not too bad/ not too good. Back to the range for more practice.

Rifle Scopes scope base screw thread size? (FN A2 SPR)

Does anyone know what the screw thread size is for this receiver? Are they mostly standardized on most rifles? I want to chase the threads in the receiver with a tap, but I'd prefer to start with the right size from the get-go. Edit: Nevermind, found out. 8-40

    Gunsmithing Badger M5 Screw Problem

I purchased a new Badger M5 from another member who never installed it. I noticed when I tried to mount it that the rear torx bolt was way too long (2"). The front one fits fine. I am fairly confident that these were the ones that originally came from Badger. Could it be just a mix up or am I...

Rifle Scopes Seekins 6 screw/4 screw combo?

Does Seekins still sell the 6 screw/4 screw combo ring set? Early last year I topped a .308 KMW with a combination set where the 6 screw was forward and the 4 screw aft of the elevation adjustment. This setup rocked and I'm hoping I can replicate that on an upcoming 260 AI rifle topped with...
