ADG 7mm RM brass - rougher than expected

Creedmoor Sports shipped my back ordered ADG 7mm RM brass. There were two things that caught me by surprise upon receipt:

1. Visibly deformed case mouths
2. Thick/burred case mouths

I’ll definitely be measuring these prior to loading, considering sizing them as well. Obviously need to be chamfered.

I suppose I expected ready to load cases. Caveat emptor.

Pretty much what I’ve gotten from them as well. But you’re going to chamfer and debur any new case right? And I have a expander mandrel I’ll run em through to make sure necks are g2g anyways. Generally all other measurements have been good for me!

They all measured between 2.493 and 2.495 for length. Haven’t weighed them yet.

This is my first foray into virgin versus once fitted for hand loads. Figured I’d share my FNG moment.
