F T/R Competition Would this be legal for F/TR?

I read what I assume are the official rules I found here

and I didn't see anything against a device that aides in reducing recoil. I'm interested in possibly putting this on my stock

which has a spring in the adjustable plate that absorbs "16-90lbs" (whatever that means) of force/recoil yada ya

I'm tall and thin, but I think everyone would appreciate less recoil no matter the rifle,

As long as the rifle makes weight, this should not be an issue.

Yup, should absolutely be legal. Be careful that it doesn't give you weird follow-through due to differences in hold/bipod load though.
