I read what I assume are the official rules I found here
http://www.nrahq.org/compete/RuleBooks/HPR/hpr-w22.pdf
and I didn't see anything against a device that aides in reducing recoil. I'm interested in possibly putting this on my stock
http://stockpositioning.com/adj_top_recoil_supp_butt_SILVER.htm
which has a spring in the adjustable plate that absorbs "16-90lbs" (whatever that means) of force/recoil yada ya
I'm tall and thin, but I think everyone would appreciate less recoil no matter the rifle,
Thanks!
