To fund my Fallshirmjager FG 42 project (see Vintage section of the hide), I am selling my Harrington and Richardson roll stamped Colt Commando clone with Spikes 37mm Havoc (M203) launcher. This is a copy of the Colt Commando as used by MACV/SOG and Army Special Forces in Vietnam. The barrel is pinned and welded at 16.25 inches with an XM177 moderator. It is machined from hardened 4150 steel, then MPI inspected to detect hidden flaws . It’s chambered for the modern 5.56 NATO cartridge, with speedy 1-7" rifling in the nitride bore, a 625" gas block/front sight base (F marked) with shaved bayonet lug, sight post, detent, spring, and sling swivel removed, flat Delta ring, barrel nut, weld spring, snap ring, and correct six hole round handguard cap. The collapsible metal stock is the period correct two position and is acetate covered. The trigger has been improved with match springs to break cleanly. The pistol grip is Vietnam era surplus. The 37 mm Spikes Havoc launcher has been modified with the correct under barrel mount. All the extraneous markings and warnings have been removed and the launcher finished in a "Battleworn" proprietary Cerakote. The rifle has been finished in my proprietary "Battleworn" Cerakote finish. This includes an undercoat of my custom "Bare Metal" Cerakote, followed by a top coat of Cerakote "Graphite Black" and then the "Battleworn" finish applied. Included are a modified vintage period carry strap with 550 cord, and an original Colt stamped 30 round magazine. Must ship to FFL, no sales where prohibited, know your state laws.

Ended up with an extra fx-120i and an autotrickler v2/3, so it's going up for sale. Both are in great shape, and function perfectly. The autotrickler is a V2 with upgraded electronics, so basically a V3, at least from my understanding. It has bluetooth, and works with the app on my phone. Will include 5 extra o-ring belts, the glass cup, as well as the plastic cover that isn't in the picture. I'd prefer to keep them together, but willing to split them up if need be. Pretty new to reloading, coming up on a year soon of doing it. Wanting to get more consistent sizing when talking shoulder set back. Seems like I can hold brass to .001 tolerance but will sometimes get some that need ran again or are under my set size by .002.

Should I switch lube? That's what I'm thinking, or not worry about a .002 variance in shoulder. You can feel it when running the press sometimes like oh that had no resistance and it's .002 under. I feel like it's a inconsistentcy in lube?

Is it cheap brass? Ive seen it with flame annealed norma brass also.

I don't know if I've seen the difference at the range, and I don't know if I should worry about it. But if I can create more consistency and better ammo I'm willing to make a change.

The ATACR is at the top of my list, any other optic I should be considering in the $1500- $2200 category?
I can get the 5-25×56 mil C demo for $2200, just a tad more for a G3 Razor but I'm leary of their durability.

We’re on Verizon, so minimal impact, but our daughter away at school is on AT&T, so we can’t reach her except on the computer.

A lot of rumors about the real trigger for this event, but a nice test run for an EMP scenario regardless I suppose.

I was curious what I could get for this setup as I'm trying to fund a couple new builds/projects.

The cell networks are down here in south Louisiana. Reportedly even 911 services are down. Anyone else seeing this?

Does anyone here do anything other than clean their guns after each range trip? I was always adamant about cleaning as soon as I got home from the range. However, my current living situation is a bit unique right now. My wife amnd I sold our home and are staying with family. They are not gun friendly people therefore my guns are at an FFL storage facility. When I do start going back to the range I'll need to first pick up the guns, go to range, drop guns back off, then go home. I'll have no where to really clean them before returning to storage, as most ranges I know of don't have anywhere that they will let you sit down to break down firearms and clean them.

So my choices would likely be to drop them at a gunsmith for a cleaning every once in a while for the duration that we are still living with family. In doing so, due to cost, I'd prefer to not do this after every trip.

I'm speaking in regard to mainly long runs. Long range hunting rifles or shotguns where maybe they are each getting 30-50 rounds put through them per range session.

Any real harm in not cleaning these after each trip? Can I hold off for 2-3 trips, maybe every 2 or 3 months have a cleaning done?
