I recently bought a MK18 "mod 3" URGI and was going to SBR another lower of mine for it to have a permanent home. For now, I have been running it on an SBR'ed lower I already owned, but now the upper that belongs on that one is lonely and sad because it's missing its other half! However, I am conflicted on whether or not I should, at this moment in time, given the bullshit going on with pistol braces. What's the chance SBRs get removed from NFA in the near future? Is it dumb to register any more shit than what already is registered of mine to the AFT.

Help a brother decide.

I have a new, never used Manners Carbon Fiber pistol stock and a new Proof Research Sendero, 6.5 cal, 1-8 twist, 14” barrel for sale. Stock is inlet for a Remington 700 s/a and a M5 trigger guard. Plans have changed and I no longer have interest in building this. I’ve got a little over 1400.00 in both parts, plus I will throw in a Trigger Tech Field model trigger as well. I recently won a barrel and had a 223 Wylde chambered up to be a trainer Bolt gun. I have been shooting through a stash of Federal/American Eagle 55gr FMJ bulk ammo for practice to 3-400 yards. It's not wildly accurate (1.5-2MOA) but it's better than burning through my dasher resources.

I've been saving this brass and considering reloading it for more precise trainer ammo with a 75gr bullet. I've been reaming the primer pockets and weight sorting it and tossing any real outliers. Would this be worth it or is the brass going to hold me back from making accurate reloads? And by accurate I'm thinking <1MOA. I'm not looking for a bughole group.

My new Area 419 ZERO Black Edition 1 of 25 for the Special Forces Charitable Trust came in yesterday. Man this thing is a work of art! The tolerances are ridiculously tight! Can’t wait to load some ammo on it one night this week.

The only issue, was it came standard with a Hybrid turret, and I need a turret that’s all for 7/8” dies. So I’m waiting on that to arrive from Midway. Should be here tomorrow.

I mounted a barreled action in it but it needed to be modified to hold the action I had. I had to notch the area where the trigger hanger would clear but realized the action screw holes weren’t the same on the action as a standard footprint so

I just got my replacement Magpul PRS Gen3 buttstock for my AR10 and being my first time I seem to have ran into a roadblock; it doesn’t fit my buffer tube. Is there a custom one I could buy to fit the stock? And would there be a downside in switching to a shorter one? Thanks.
