I have a live round stuck in my rem700. I've tried pushing it through backwards but I have broken a range rod and my favorite boretech cleaning rod. Brownells has the perfect tool for what I need but it's unobtainable right now. No back order etc... Like everything else everyone is waiting for. Does anyone have one I can buy? Caliber is 300WM. Effective May 18, 2022, individuals and businesses transferring or selling a non-restricted firearm will need to confirm the recipient’s identity and check the validity of their firearms licence with the Registrar of Firearms prior to completing the transfer, including by providing the recipient’s licence number and any other information requested. The new rule will help prevent people who are not allowed to have a firearm from getting one.
Firearms businesses will also be required to retain sales and inventory records related to non-restricted firearms, as was the case until 2005. This will make it easier for law enforcement to trace crime guns. The records will be held by businesses — not government — and the police will need reasonable grounds to get access to them, often with judicial authorization.

So I have run full ladder tests with three different powders and the highest velocity I have been able to get was about 2700fps. Frank has mentioned on the podcast a couple times the sweet spot for 6.5 creedmoor is about 2850fps.
Any idea how the hell he is getting that velocity? Are any of you getting similar velocities?
I have a 24" barrel with a 4" APA muzzle brake hanging off the end of it.
I have tried superformance, 6.5 staball, and H4350.
I am using Hornady 140 gn ELDs
and seating at 2.805
all three powders just cross the 2700 mark on the last load which was about .2gn over max recommended load.

I have a cz 455 precision trainer in manners stock. Just put in a Timney trigger set at 2lbs from factory. Has top rail and bottom rail installed by mile high. Took this in on trade and don’t need another 22. Has 24 inch threaded barrel and one 5 round and one ten round mag. Rifle is like new. 800 shipped. Bipod not included.

My parents are in their 90’s and in good enough health to make a road trip from Sacramento to Rapid City SD for a family reunion. My father has dementia so 5-6 hours in the car is near the max and air travel is out of the question.

I have Sacramento to Boise planned so your help on Boise to Rapid City would be greatly appreciated. Some light walking would ok with most of it viewed from the car. A different return route would be ok also.

For those that know those areas any input is appreciated.

Has anyone zerodd a mil reticle to 100 meters at a 100-yard range. The ranges I have access to are in yards and don't live in a place where I can set my own target out since I live in an urban area. Any idea what the rough mil holdover is x mils low or x mils high when zeroing for a 100 meter zero at 100 yards? Hopefully this makes sense, thanks.
