Optics WTS: Vortex Fury 5000 AB Rangefinding Binoculars 10x42

$1000 shipped, paid through PayPal F&F

As shown in the pictures, these are technically new but I have to list them as LNIB because I did purchase them. As shown in the image, the seal was not broken until I decided to take pictures. These things have never been used, never abused, and come with everything from factory still wrapped in their factory plastic. All papers are still inside, and the bino’s have absolutely zero marks on them. Just trying to fund a MCX

Does this look "unfired" to you?

I very recently, somewhat unintentionally, won a GB auction for a purportedly unfired HK MR556A1. I was debating whether to keep it and pulled the bolt for the first time. It looks like there might be brass on the bolt, which would undercut the idea the gun is unfired. I'm not trying to be paranoid or a stickler, but if it has been fired I at a minimum don't want to misrepresent it if I try to sell it. I've included a photo below. I'd appreciate any feedback as to whether I am seeing things or if it is indicia of having been fired. (It is of course possible it was only fired at the factory, but that wasn't what I was told.)

SOLD Scopes, 15x Binos and Rings 34mm

Have these two scopes for sale that came off my 223's. My shooting days are gonna be non-existent for the next several months due to other things with my kids going on athletically, so I'm sending quite a bit of stuff on down the line. These were included in the lot. Payment preferred is PP F&F or add additional amount to cover fees. Prices are shipped and insured. If you have any other questions or need any additional images, feel free to contact me. I'll Take It Trumps PM's

**SOLD** BURRIS XTR III MRAD
- All the specs is on the box image. I'm the originally owner of this optic and it has in excellent condition. I've used it several times in 1000 yard steel matches and it tracks true and has been a excellent optic. $850.00

**SOLD** ATHLON CRONUS BTR GEN 2 MRAD
- All the specs are on the box image. This has also been a tremendous optic for me on my 223. I'm also the original purchaser of this optic and it is in excellent condition as well. $1150.00

Also have a couple set of rings here that came off the optics. One set is a ARC M10 and the other is a set of Kenn Farrell of Farrell Industries. SOLD ARC's. $130.00 on the Farrell's.

TRADED Vortex Vulture 15x56 binos. These are excellent glassed bino's that I've used and had no problem seeing impacts and gathering data at 1000 yards. The will also come with a bipod shelf that I use on them. These are used and show signs of it, but they are still in overall excellent condition. There is one small faint mark on the front objective of one of the lens, but it's barely noticeable and has no affect on viewing with these. Again, excellent set of binos for the money. $400.00

Accessories Outlier Chassis - R700 SA RH

Here's your chance to try out one of the newest chassis options. I waited 5 or 6 months for this I think, but it isn't for me.

Mag catch rub's on the aluminum chassis so it doesn't hold magazines as secure as I'd prefer. Probably an easy fix if you want to handle it, otherwise I am sure Outlier/Arken will take care of it.

15" handguard with their stock, but it accepts AR buffer tubes.

Barreled action was dropped into it but never fired.

Skip the wait - $365 shipped

SOLD Two Barreled Actions 223's Both Hammers

I built these two rifles several months back and have had a time shooting them both out to 1000 yards. The 223 truly is an impressive little round when put together right. However, my daughters athletic schedule is gonna put a big cut on my shooting time in the future, which I don't mind at all. But figured I'd send these two baby's on down the line for someone else to enjoy. I have the load data and everything for these rifles. They have no problems hurting larger rifles feelings in 1000 yard steel matches. Price posted is shipped to your FFL. Offered in lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. PP F&F is payment method preferred, or add additional amount to cover fees is doing G&S.

** SOLD** 1. ARC Nucleus Gen 1.1 - I have both bolt heads for this action (223 and 308) It has a 1-7 twist, 26", MTU Excaliber barrel on it done by Crown Ridge Barrel Works. It cut holes with 24.4 grs. Varget and a 75 ELDm. This is by far my favorite rifle I've ever shot. Barrel has a total of 512 rounds on it. $1150.00

**SOLD** 2. Big Horn Origin
- I also have two bolt heads for this action (223 and 308). Barrel specs are the same as what's on the ARC except this barrel is 27" in length. I run 77 SMK's in it with 24.3 grains of XBR8208 and it is also a hole cutter. Barrel has a total of 316 rounds on it. These are undoubtly the two best shooting rifles I've ever owned. $1150.00

Accessories Large Sell Off - Multiple Items

I've got a substantial amount of stuff I'm gonna be selling off in multiple sections of SH as I'm not going to be doing much shooting at all in the future due to my daughters athletic schedules and other stuff. All the items you see here are priced TYD with shipping included. PP F&F is payment preferred or add additional percentage to cover fees. Will only ship to the lower 48 excluding Alaska and Hawaii. I'll take it posted here trumps PM's.

SOLD 1. 223 Tuner Brake
- Don't know whose model it is and it could use some TLC, but it's functional and works as it should

SOLD - 2. TAB GEAR Sling[/B] - I've never used this item, and I don't know exactly which model it is. Like New Condition

**SOLD** - 3. AG FAT Bag [/B]- Has been used several times and shows some signs of staining from dirt and such. Would probably wipe out, but I haven't tried. In excellent condition mechanically.

**SOLD** - 4. AG Trojan Rifle Cover - SOLD

5. 223 Accurate and MDT Mags
- Two Accurate Mags and one MDT Mag with a MPA extension. I opened up the Accurate mags to work with the 75 ELDM's I shot in my 223's. They feed and function flawlessly. The MDT mag works excellent until the last round, which won't pick up into the chamber. You need to slide it up with your finger. This could be a spring issue, I don't know. It has done that since I purchased it here from another member. Never bothered me enough to look and try and figure out why it done that. Just wanted to make you aware of it. (2) Accurate Mags SOLD.

**SOLD** - 6. Harris Bipod Type S 6-9" with RRS Arca -
This unit works fine. Has some Krylon on it that could easily be removed.

7. MPA and APA Muzzle Brakes[/B] - MPA is for a 6.5 self timing as is the APA Gen 2 Lil Bastard. MPA $110.00 / APA $130.00

8. 34mm Anti Cant Levels -
These have been used a little bit. Work as they should. They have Triton Tactical on them. Forgot to upload picture of them, but if someone is interested, I can shoot them a picture $40.00 for both.

** SOLD **9. Trigger Tech Diamonds for 700 & Clones -
These came out of my 223's. One is curved shoe and the other one is a flat shoe. Excellent working conditions and run smooth as silk.

** SOLD** 10. MDT ACC CHASSIS'S[/B] - [/B]Both are FDE and are in excellent condition. Both have the bag riders included, and one of them has a rear weight also in the rear stock. These are for R700 and clones. I had a ARC Gen 1.1 in one of them and a Big Horn Origin in the other. I had to knock off a little in the bolt handle area for the Origin, but it's nothing substantial and you can even see it when the bolt is closed. Can send pictures of that if someone is interested in the chassis. I just forgot to get a picture of it when I loaded them up.

Packing and Moving

Not sure where this would go, but if one is preparing for a big move, how do you pack up your Army Jerry style cache. It may sound like a dumb question but you just can't throw everything in a box (its too heavy). Even if I have to move the boxes for things like Powder/Ammo (Moving companies won't touch that)
Dealing with:
Bullets
Powder
Primers
Full Ammo
Brass

Not to mention having to put "both" guns in the the car for transport <.< >.>

Any suggestions would be welcome

Have you ever accidentally won a Gunbroker auction? I sort of did. I put in a low bid on an unfired HK MR556a1 and to my surprise I won. And instantly regretted it. There is nothing wrong with the gun, which appears to be a 2020 vintage with the competition muzzle device and a geisseile(?) rail. The thing is, I already have a KAC LRP and a LMT piston gun and I’m not sure I want this much money tied up in high-end proprietary ARs. I really like the LMT so that is going to stay, but I am more ambivalent on the KAC.

The KAC is light, ambi friendly, and well put together. I have had inconsistent accuracy with it but that is likely me. I plan to suppress whichever I keep and the di gas system might(?) be a little gassier than the HK, which is extra annoying for me as I am left handed. Also, KACs are selling at a premium in some venues.

The HK is heavy and not as ambi friendly, and while I could send it out to get the barrel reprofiled that is extra expense. Also, I don’t know how well it shoots because if I fire it I can no longer claim it is unfired. I would shoot it but if I am thinking about selling it being able to say it is unfired is worth something.

So, from people who have experience with both, if I do get rid of one which one should it be?

40 f ing minutes. Aka Pussies that pretend their in iraq.

Got al the military arms and armor. Big and bad.

Until a pimple faced kid is shooting innocents. Then it’s hide time.

Javier Cazares, whose fourth grade daughter, Jacklyn Cazares, was killed in the attack, said he raced to the school when he heard about the shooting, arriving while police were still gathered outside the building.

Upset that police were not moving in, he raised the idea of charging into the school with several other bystanders.

“Let’s just rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to,” he said. “More could have been done.”

“They were unprepared,” he added.

Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw told reporters that 40 minutes to an hour elapsed from when Ramos opened fire on the school security officer to when the tactical team shot him, though a department spokesman said later that they could not give a solid estimate of how long the gunman was in the school or when he was killed.

“The bottom line is law enforcement was there,” McCraw said. “They did engage immediately. They did contain (Ramos) in the classroom.”

Where people get their “news” and “facts”

“”common knowledge which has been cited 1000's of times over the years, by investigators, discovery channel programs, news organizations, govt officials...the list goes on””

Is the problem with this country. I thought it was more limited to older people that believe whatever the “news” says but that doesn’t appear to be true.

I can’t fathom how obtuse you would have to be to listen to propaganda and believe it hook line sinker
Especially after the last 5-10 years

Do you have a Labradar *and* Magnetospeed? When to use one vs. the other?

(edit: I have both.....) Curious from those who have both, why they keep the Magnetospeed and when they use it in place of the Labradar.
Thinking through in my head when I'd grab the MS versus the LR instead. Not sure of a scenario when/where I would, but probably not thinking through everything. Anyone have both, and if you do, when/why do you use the MS versus the LR?
