Rifle is built using a Defiance deviant elite action, bartlein 1-8 barrel, surgeon bm, and manners m5 stock. This is the color combination I have been wanting for awhile so I finally built the gun.

Has steel arca rail and hellfire match brake. Installed by GA when purchased.

I have decided that I will not shoot any centerfire matches next year, so this is up for grabs.

I just got a new Thunder Beast muzzle brake and it was so close to being perfect without shims that I decided to sand fit the back. I got it perfect. Now my question is in the future when I get a thunder beast suppressor should I replace this break with a new one? I barley sanded the back down. I only needed a couple of degrees to get it where I needed. I don’t know if this is the right way but off of a level surface the brake stayed perfect level (not leaning)
The thunder beast suppressors come with a free muzzle brake so maybe it’s worth having the new brake machined on a lathe to fit the barrel?

As said, I have well over a thousand books in my library. I have entire bookcases filled with books covering one subject matter. I go in my attic and find books I forgot I own. I find books squirrel away in my bike shop, in my big shop, probably under the seats of both our new GMC Pickup and the old Suburban. Books are everywhere. Yes, I like to read. History especially. Hunting and shooting especially, especially the history of shooting and hunting, (but lots of current stuff too) Cycing and especially the history of cycling. Fiction, no so much, though I have some of the great western novels and some really good science fiction.

I definitely need to raise some serious cash. Though our firearm collection is nothing to sneeze at, even figuring just $1000 per firearm, I am going to need at least $1,000,000.00 to come close to equaling the amount of books with firearms. Donations would be considered.

If Jeff whoever he is, is the solution, I definitely want to be the problem.

I have a low round count (under 600) Impact Precision 737 Short Action, 308 bolt face, with Jewel HVR trigger installed. Trigger set at 1lb. Has been 100% reliable. Have hvr trigger in another impact action and they are great. Action was used as back up rifle with .223 bbl for a while and then a 6Creed barrel. Sold off .223 accessories (and bolt) and don’t think I’ll use 2 PRS rifles.
