Firearms WTS: Beretta PX4 Compact 9MM with 3 mags

Up for grabs is a Beretta PX4 compact, bought this and planned on sending it to Langdon tactical for an optic cut and carrying it but decided to stick with another gun. It has about 300 rounds I'd say and some holster wear nothing serious. Looking to get $570 shipped

SOLD Primal Rights Primewhere primer+primer pocket+primer depth+crush measuring tool

This is the Greg’s evolution of the CPS primer seater system that we all love so much

The Primal Rights PrimeWhere measures 4 parameters to the 1/10 of thousandth (.0001)

- Primer pocket depth

- Primer height (how tall your primer is)

- Seated primer depth (depth below case head)

- Amount of primer “crush”

And it does it rapidly making OCD level loading time efficient

For example let’s say your primer pocket depth is .131

You measure your primer and it’s .129

You seat .002 below flush and your primer is just kissing the bottom of the pocket

Or you seat .004 below flush to achieve .002 “crush”

Ok fine

Next case measures .129

You grab a primer and it measures .132

Then what? You put this specific primer to the side in a pile that says .132
You grab a different primer that can achieve the amount crush you desire when seated

This scenario of dimensional discrepancy occurs on the regular, right in front of the hand loader, without it ever crossing their mind

Is it worth it to chase an unhealthy level of precision on the reloading bench?

Like new condition-

SOLD shipped with micrometer, solid aluminum stand, all 7 collars
*does not include CPS

choosing the right 7mm variant this time around

I had a custom 7prc built back in early 23 after it was released due to the fact at the "time" I didn't know how to reload, and I wanted to hit the easy button. Transition to Present day I'm completed set up to reload proficiently. A buddy of mine reached out wanting to purchase my 7prc so without hesitation I ordered another 7mm barrel. However, I'm not sure on which direction to go. The sole purpose of said rifle will be to hunt with mainly sitting in a deer stand but with the full intentions on it being a Colorado gun or a taking down nilgai if need be. I am stacked up on 175 elite hunters cci br2, and g15ms, what variant would you choose? I'm not one to chase velocity however a 3000-fps gun is what I was hoping for, and I've been looking at the following variants:
7ss and or max
7x300 norma
28 Nosler
thanks in advance for any positive feedback

NightHawk or Staccato 2011?

Looking for a 2011. Ideally in 45 but neither company makes them. Crazy
I’ve shot the old STI DVC Omni and liked it. Looked at a Staccato XC and was fairly impressed with fit and finish. Was few things, beaver tail fit, that weren’t perfect but I think that’s to be expected for Staccato. Additionally I shoot 147gr subs and I don’t believe the porting on the XC will have any affect. For Staccato I think I’d be leaning toward the XL. 5.5” barrel seams a little excessive.l
Haven’t played with a NightHawk but in general I think it pretty top notch.
Would love any first hand accounts.

Another Newbie from Ohio!

Hello everyone - I’m new to the world of long range shooting and just wanted to introduce myself. I’m based in Ohio and have recently gotten into this hobby diving into long-range shooting and reloading. I’m still in the early stages of learning, but I’m eager to improve my skills and knowledge.

I’ve been reading up on various topics, and I’m especially interested in getting a deeper understanding of ballistics, equipment choices, and load development. I’m also working on building a solid rifle setup and looking to get into some serious training over the next year.

I know there’s a ton of knowledge on this forum, and I’m excited to be a part of it. Looking forward to learning from everyone and hopefully contributing as I gain more experience!

Good evening (I live in Italy), my name is Evangelisti Giuseppe and I live in Genoa. I worked in the national police force for 40 years and am now retired. For personal passion and thanks to the advice of friends and colleagues I registered on the site because I am confident of finding quick solutions to the various problems inherent to the topics covered

I need a new email service?

I have been using the same email for over the past 20 years. It was actually from a TV / ISP service that I not longer have. Their mail server is antiquated at best leaving me unable to send emails from mobile devices most times off wifi and even on some wifi connections. What is the email server of choice for Hiders?

I have a mainly MacOS eco system but do have MS Office Suite as well as the mediocre at best Google Wifi Mesh. (will be updating to Orbi something here soon).

Servers I am considering:
  • Gmail - it's widely used, have an account / email from Youtube / Google Home.
  • iCloud- obviously due to MacOS/iOS ecosystem.
  • Office365
Others I should consider?
