Before I unintentionally ruin the standard bead front sight on this rig I thought to ask whether anyone has tried to remove one. If so, how to go about it?

My purpose is to install a brighter front sight that would be more visible in dim light at night inside the house. Which leads me to asking for any recommendations of a front sight alternative that doesn't require drilling and tapping the barrel.

I realize it is a shotgun and would be used at close range, still would prefer to improve my aiming point.

I've been using Shooter's World Precision as a Varget substitute for about a year. Overall, pretty darn good. I THINK I'm seeing some significant temperature sensitivity. I don't have exhaustive data, so it's just a hunch at this point.

Anyone else experienced SWP speeding up with temp?

Currently have an FN15 TAC3 that's an excellent rifle. Lightweight, 1000% reliable, runs smooth as silk, etc. But my fall/winter prairie dog trip is becoming an annual thing and upgrading my AR-15 is the only real way to get a varmint gun.

I've been a big Rock River fan over the years...is that my best bet for sub-$1000 accuracy? Lots of used ones for reasonable prices.

Anything else I should be considering? $1500+ is not in the cards.

I'm looking for suggestions on muzzle brake brands. I'm trying to find companies that offer oversized O.D.'s on their brakes , with the intent to turn them down on a lathe for a "no seam" or "no line" finished product. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been having trigger cam issues with a older unit. Was working just fine, died and I keep getting like a purple screen, and I have a hard time keeping it from going to a purple screen. Software is up to date we have done a factory reset and its fully charged now. Customer service is not the best being in South Africa. At this point its a paper weight. Anyone have similar issues?
