Re: Glasses and using a scope I got a pair of Wiley-X glasses with the prescription insert and that works well for me for prone shooting.

Re: Scope choice: Mil-Dot or BDC I would go with the Weaver 800363. It is mil-mil FFP with great glass and has 100 minutes of adjustment. I tend to stay away from BDC type reticles because they most likely won't match up exactly with what you are shooting...
