    I have been very happy with my Sig 716, haven't tried for groups, but have taken it out to 950 yards without a problem.

    Re: need a precision rifle I agree with Killshot, the .308 will go that far, I have even taken mine out to 1500 yards, but the wind will really screw with your rounds at that distance.
