    The Iwata is a nice gun. For the money, Cerakote is a bit hard on them. Forget the preval. You can find a good hvlp for around $100 and when the cerakote gets to it, its easier to take than a $300 Iwata. I am super anal over cleaning my spray equipment but cerakote, is cerakote.     Take it to a local machine shop. 5 minute fix. Or send it to me. Best choice is go local. But you are correct, safety lever is hitting the top part of the trigger gaurd.

    Gunsmithing anyone installed ptg bottom metal?

    Go for it. Its a fiberglass stock and if there are imperfections.....easy to repair. If unsure, send it out. The PTG are one of the better ones out there and the mag well extends past the cut out to hid any of your oopses (sp)

    When we notify our customers that their rifle is complete and proof fired, they usually are chomping at the bit to get it that they send the payment right away. Never had one yet to not send payment in a timely manner.

    The action will be a drop in fit, but bed it. The DBM will need inletting. If it is a Barney era action, it will be a shooter.

    That proves you can always find a diamond in the rough. Best thing about those....when you break a set it's no loss. When you break the $150 ones being stupid you cry ALOT :)
