I would for for PST if I need a lower cost scope, and plenty of other good options if I am about to spend the price tag near Razor. As far as the shmitty comment.......You just don't know until you know. And when you know, you won't compare apples to oranges. :)

This is when you are glad that you have a high end scope like USO, I wouldn't worry a thing.

So you are saying you zeroed the rifle at 100 yard, dialed 1.1mils up to shoot 300 yards, and find out only 0.5mils left in your elevation adjustment? With a 20 MOA base this is not right. How much torque did you apply when you tighten up the screws on your rings?

Only do it when its extremely dirty with the build up. Even if all theories are true, I personally can't shoot the accuracy of those differences. 1~1.5MOA result out to 800 yards satisfies me.
