    Yoga pants...?

I saw something today while catching my breath at Costco. This young lady walked by swinging everything swingable, (on her body). And something drew my eye to her bottom half. She had on pants that looked like those spray paint deals. But it...

    Need case length opinions

New brass out of the bag will measure different from brass fired in your rifle. Buy yourself a Lyman's Handloading Manual. I think it's up to 49th edition. Best money you can spend. They aren't trying to sell you bullets or powder. The most used book in my collection. Good luck. Victor

Movie Theater Lone Survivor The Movie

Wife and I were treated by our baby daughter and her husband on OPENING NIGHT. It had been a long time since I had seen anything on the "big screen", But this was great. One thing we all noticed. On leaving the theater after the movie went off, there was no horse play or grab ass-ing going...

    Suppressors Sionics design...?

Thank you for the informative answer. That helps me understand a lot of what we were shooting all those years ago. I remember the end wipe (?) was a black rubber or silicone material. James always suggested to shoot it in very small bursts. But the 9mm model, (I don't know if it was MAC 9 or...

    temp sensitivity powder question?

I agree. I believe that all of Hodgdon's "Extreme" powders are pretty much temperature resistant. Or that's what they say any way. I've use H322 EX and H4198 EX. Those 2 I can testify to being pretty good hot or cold. Good luck, Victor

    Controling Runnout?

First things first. When has your 223 barrel had the muzzle re-crowned? I would start there. I re-crown my bench gun barrels every 200 rounds. My other rifles when I look at them with a 15X microscope and can see a burn radius clearly forming. It needs to be clearly sharp.

    Controling Runnout?

As a benchrest shooter, I have to ask this question. Why is it that you don't shoot your 223 or 338 at a benchrest match? Why does everyone else at benchrest matches shoot the PPC cartridges? Have you ever wondered why no one has recently won a benchrest match with a 30-30? Talk to the top...

Anyone here ever seen a UFO?

I worked midnight shift for over 12 years. I spent a lot of time outside at night. I HAVE seen a LOT of strange stuff in the sky. A few I even have questions about. Would I say any were UFOs? Probably not. But I believe there are things out there we don't understand. Aliens...? Yes...

    Suppressors Sionics design...?

Has anyone here tried making the 1960 & 70s design of Sionics suppressors that were used on the original Ingram Sub machine gun? I see all the high tech designs, and there is certainly nothing wrong with them. But in the late 1970s or early 80s I met a guy at the local FOP range that had a...

    Chainsaw brand??

In the last 45 years I've had 3 Homelites and 2 Poulans. If I get another it'll either be a Stihl or Husky. Which ever, it will be professional grade. Above all thing, when you finish using it, empty the gas tank and run the engine to get the gas out of the carb. Always treat your gas. Good...
