Re: Accuracy Int'l AE 308 questions. Either one can get you to 1000 yards with the right ammo, but as Stacey mentions, the 24" is definitely preferable if you're primarily using it on a square range. And swapping barrels out later on isn't much of an issue, so you can't really go wrong...- SRT_Supply
