I worked with a batch of blems in a factory 5R . Nice and easy 2640 fps. 35min. to 1000yds. Three min. hold for light breeze from right rear quarter and ninety degrees down range. FGMM brass once fired and a bit more vertical than I would like to see. Couple miss low when the targets got smaller and my wind / broken thumb were still working well.
Brass neck tension might be suspect.
Should I buy more blems or go for the "not blems"?
