Upgrading insulation in a home?

After having to replace both hvac units for my home back in December, I am now in the process of research to seal and improve my home's insulation over the next few to several months.

My intention is to complete as much as I can. I am in the Georgia, so we have high humidity more than we don't and wide temperature swings.

My crawl space already has a vapor barrier, but it is compromised in spots. I plan to clean it up and lay down a new layer on top of existing layer, install rigid foam board on the walls per code, and close and seal off the vents. Once all that is finished my goal is to install a dehumidifier under the house. I have 2 tank water heaters, air handler, and duct work under the house.

I have 2 attics and both have full size insulated walk in doors. Part of the attic is floored with insulation underneath which is blown in fiber in some spots (not floored) and traditional batts in others.

My roof is a steep pitch due to cathedral ceilings in the home. I have researched spray foam on the rafters, but honestly that is probably going to be more than I want to spend because I don't intend to be here forever (maybe 10 years more). I'm guessing from what I have read and talked to others for me to hire a spray foam pro it would be $15K to $20K.

Any thoughts or does anyone have a home with rigid foam board attached to the rafters? I'm looking at going across the rafters not between - seems like that air pocket would be a benefit. My house has ridge and gable vents (small). I would seal up the small gable vents if I install the foam board. My other plan is to move the isulation between the joists and seal the seams etc. with foam.

I've searched and watched several videos, but would like to hear directly from home owners that have paid or done this themselves.
thank you

Firearms Springfield Armory Warpoint 6.5 PRC

I no longer hunt big game so I am selling my Springfield Armory 6.5 PRC 2000 Waypoint rifle. I want to sell everything as a package deal. You get a Redding 6.5 PRC two die set. Eight boxes of Hornady Factory ammo (found another box after I took the pic). Leupold VX-5 HD 3-15X44 CDS-ZL2, 30mm Side Focus Scope with Wind-Plex Reticle (eligible for free CDS dial). In addition to the 20 MOA Waypoint rail there is a Zero MOA Warne Mountain Tech Rail and a set of medium height 30mm Mountain Tech rings.

The rifle was $2,069.00. Ammo was $344.00. Scope was $999.99. Dies were $81.99. Mountain Tech rings were $134.99 and the Mountain Tech rail was $64.99. Total comes to $3694.96. Of course, you might find a less expensive source, but this will give you a ball park idea of replacement cost. I shot a dozen rounds or so through the rifle messing around with my chronograph, but I have never shot for groups or worked up a load.

I am asking $2500.00 delivered to your dealer Feel free to make an offer. Not interested in trades at the moment. I will take Money Orders or Bank Drafts. Can’t to PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.

Family, Friends of California ‘Social Justice Activist’ Killed by Robbery Urge Authorities Not to Pursue ‘Traditional Prosecution’

Family and friends of Jen Angel — a 48-year-old woman who died on Thursday as a result of injuries sustained days earlier during a violent robbery in Oakland, CA — urged authorities not to pursue “traditional prosecution” against anyone charged with crimes causing her death due to the decedent’s support of “social justice” and opposition to “state violence.”

Angel’s family and friends published an open letter on the day of her death relaying their assessment of her philosophical and political views. Angel was a “social justice activist” and “anarchist” opposed the “state-sanctioned violence” via incarceration of convicted criminals, they wrote:

We know Jen would not want to continue the cycle of harm by bringing state-sanctioned violence to those involved in her death or to other members of Oakland’s rich community.
As a long-time social movement activist and anarchist, Jen did not believe in state violence, carceral punishment, or incarceration as an effective or just solution to social violence and inequity. The outpouring of support and care for Jen, her family and friends, and the values she held dear is a resounding demonstration of the response to harm that Jen believed in: community members relying on one another, leading with love, centering the needs of the most vulnerable, and not resorting to vengeance and inflicting more harm.
The letter included a request from Angel’s family for “restorative justice”:

If the Oakland Police Department does make an arrest in this case, the family is committed to pursuing all available alternatives to traditional prosecution, such as restorative justice. Jen’s family and close friends ask that the media respect this request and carry forward the story of her life with celebration and clarity about the world she aimed to build. Jen’s family and friends ask that stories referencing Jen’s life do not use her legacy of care and community to further inflame narratives of fear, hatred, and vengeance, nor to advance putting public resources into policing, incarceration, or other state violence that perpetuates the cycles of violence that resulted in this tragedy.

This would be fun in a right to carry state

I realize my SH account doesn't have much action on it, which I'm looking to change going forward. I have excellent feedback on my premium Arf account and I did purchase a rifle on SH in 2019, before the rules changed and you needed to have a premium account to buy/sell.
