I was thinking of buying 2 1/2inch round targets one 12inch and one 6 or 8 inches. Have them stacked like a snowman from the shooters point of view and use this like a more advanced silhouette target. They would swing independent of each other. I could get them to both be angled down 15-20...

Re: Devcon for texture Herculiner sounds good but don't do it. It won't last over the long term. Even with perfect prep of the surface. I can give you the story but instead I will say, that stuff is crud and won't stay long term on your truck or your gun.

Re: DIY steel targets . . . continued If you are looking for small pieces or a strip of metal 6 inch by 6 feet or so, an old road grader blade works well. They wear out pretty often from road work so just put the word in at the county office.
