Re: Shooting Glasses I wear whatever I'm wearing at the time, which is usually Randolphs or Oakleys. I don't wear shooting glasses really unless I am at the local ranges which require them.
Re: weirdest thing you traded a gun for I traded a PSS with a Leupold M3 scope for an almost mint 77 CJ-7 once. The old guy kept it in a barn, and I happened to see it and strike up a conversation.Long story short,he was wanting a R700,and well,I wanted that damn Jeep. I wish I still had that...
Re: Which stock for tikka t-3 Both are excellent, but I went with the RCS. It is just such a nice piece of kit.Plus it matches it's bigger brothers. What's the saying? 6 one way, half a dozen the other! It applies here, unless you're on a budget, then the choices get easier.

Someone told me they had a wooden McMillan stock. I have quite a few McMillans in different flavors, and to the best of my knowledge,I didn't know they made any wooden stocks. I could be wrong,I was once.Does anyone know for sure? Thanks
Re: Paracord Just an FYI. I sell it also.I am into the surplus business.Usually in vehicles and hardware, but I have miles of cord in the shop if intrested. Just email me if you want any. Thanks
Re: What's your favorite 1911 grip? I run Operators and like them a lot. I have Gator Backs, and Gunner grips as well, any of those will serve you well. I shoot in master class IDPA and use Operator grips on my CDP. They can be a bit rough on someone with soft hands though.LOL
Re: Millette Scopes Very true. Forgive the lack of information. I am just from the school that if something is bad once,it will always be so. Glad to hear people like them and have positive results from them.I didn't.
Re: Shepherd scopes...Good/Bad It was originally only intended to be used on one of my deer rifles anyway. After reading and evaluating,I decided to put it on Ebay.As stated,I got it new, extremely cheap, and I have already had bids over double what I paid,so no skin off of my back. Thanks

Re: sniper school Yes,the recruits location is unknown, however the deck is stacked against them, since the spotters know where they will be travelling roughly. If they see something out of the ordinary, they radio a pointer.
