As the title says, I need a new spotting scope, and at the moment my budget is limited. I see a lot of stuff in my price range, but few have them in stock locally and the cheaper ones I've looked at have been pretty crappy. So does anyone have any suggestions for a spotter in this price range?
Heres the skinny gents, Need a spotting scope or binoc setup that will allow us to do rifle zeroing procedures. Using the standard 300m m16 zero target at 35 meters on a dimly lit range may prove challenging for cheaper optics, I assume? For my unit and we'll need 3 or so, so price could be...
I'm in the need for a new spotting scope. I can't afford or justify spending a ton of money on one so here are the two that I'm looking at. I have used the Burris before and it's really nice for the money. Optics were clear all the way through the power range. The vortex looks like the same...

I am looking for a tripod that is heavy enough to be stable and also gets low enough to use in the prone position. I would also like is to be small enough to be reasonable for field use. Stability is key, I don't want something that the wind will shake. Any advice or options would be much...

The ones I know of are the Bushnell, the IOR, the Leupold, the 5K Zeiss and the spotter 65 Zeiss, the US optics (more of a field scope). Any others I am missing?
I have a bushnell 15-45 X 60 spotting scope. It has a straight tube. What should I be looking for in a spotting scope for field use? Straight vs angled, magnafication, objective size, weight etc. this will not be a range spotter.
Just looking for opinions on this spotting scope. Has anyone ever used it and is it any good? I have been having this spotting scope a while and just been collecting dust in the closet. Ireally have no use for it and it just sits there. Not even sure what it is worth. Boushe and Lomb 15x45 with...
I would like to share the experience about the spoting scope for 400-600 yds. I known that price is too low for quality but just only guess the bullet hole at 4-600 yds. I plan for 20-60x with 60-80 mm object lens. Do any members have experience with this scope with best price under 400 or +-50...
I am looking for a way that i could have a spotting scope(not sure which one yet) and a swarovski range finder mounted on the same tripod. This would have huge advantages in the field. Especially if you could so to speak sight in the rangefinder to the center of the scope. It would be nice to...
I have been tasked with researching spotting scopes for my agency. What I have been asked to find is a spotting scope with high power magnification with as wide field of view as possible in the under $500 range. We are looking at buying 3-4. As always we need to get the best bang for our buck...
