LaShawn Craig, 45, a train operator for the NYC subway, Army veteran with multiple deployments and a landlord renting out his Brooklyn brownstone house returned home to find that an extremely agitated and violent previous tenant, an ex convict named Timothy Jones who has a history of violent incidents, had broken into his section of the house and immediately started threatening Craig upon being confronted. When Jones pulled a pistol-like object out of his pocket during the verbal exchange, Craig drew an unlicensed .40 caliber Smith and Wesson handgun and fired several shots, fatally striking Jones in the torso. The pistol-like weapon which Jones had brandished was later found to be a Taser by the police. After shooting Jones, Craig called 911 and gave responding officers his gun. Homicide charges were not filed as the case was already ruled a justified defensive shooting, but Craig, who has no prior criminal history, is now several facing charges of weapon possession and carrying an unlicensed handgun.

The MTA has also made a statement that Craig has been put on suspension after this incident. A judge, citing the nature of this shooting and the fact that Craig is an upstanding citizen with no criminal record, placed him on supervised release with no bail while a date is being issued for his next court appearance over the gun charges.

If LaShawn Craig wants to, considering that even his employer, NYC Transit, had thrown him under the bus instead of supporting him, he and his legal defense CAN go all in during the upcoming trials and challenge NYC's unreasonable restrictions on gun ownership and probably even overturn the antigun bullshit which had victimized the residents of the city for over a century, a Mike Tyson haymaker straight to the jaw of the entities that are trying to railroad him, puns absolutely intended.

Depending on how this case proceeds in the future, this may become a 2nd Amendment Firemission if Mr. LaShawn Craig chooses to take on NYC's gun laws.

Former troops are suing the U.S. government for lost pay and benefits due to the Biden administration’s military vaccine mandate, one of the lawyers who successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine told Breitbart News.


Attorney Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and fellow attorneys Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are representing the former troops in three separate lawsuits they plan to turn into a class action lawsuit on behalf of all service members who were either kicked out or illegally ordered to stop drilling, resulting in loss of pay.


Saran said the amount is in the “billions.”


“It’s worth billions. That’s just flat-out. That’s what it is in backpay. It’s billions of dollars,” he said.


The lawsuits were filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, which Saran said is a specialized court where illegal discharges are heard.


“The Court of Claims has been around since the Reconstruction Era. It’s a very old court and kind of a weird one. But in any event, you can go there if you’ve got a claim and say, ‘Hey, I was illegally discharged, or the military did something to impede my pay,’ or whatever. The Court of Claims is where you go,” Saran said.


Saran estimates there are 80,000 to 100,000 service members — both active-duty and reservists — who were impacted by the mandate. While more than 8,000 active-duty troops were kicked out, tens of thousands of reservists were told not to drill anymore or were moved to inactive status, he said.

Selling a c644 4-20x50 Atacr mil-xt. Was on my hunting rifle this season so it has a few little scuffs in the finish if you look real close. Nothing serious it just isn’t mint. After hunting with it a season I found I just prefer mil-c. I scored a large lot of Berger hybrids and figured I would trim down all my other bullets. All prices are shipped and can combine shipping if multiple bullet lots are purchased to discount even further.

I have a theory but I'm not sure what's going on. I worked up a load for my 6.5 Creedmoor. At 150 yards, I put 5 rounds in the same hole. At 400 yards, the group size expands to 4-5". At 1000 yards, the group is 4.5 and 5.5 inches. I shot 400yrd and 1000yrd groups 3 different times with the same results. Any ideas?

I am in the market for a new 5.56 and .308 BCG. I will use the rifles with a suppressor 99% of the time. The rifles are an SBR 5.56 and 16” .308.

Is there anything to these suppressor optimized / enhanced BCGs?

I see the LMT, LWRC, CMC and Lantac specifically call out design enhancements that help with gas expulsion.

Anyone have experience with these? I will part with the money if the LMT is worth it but I didn’t know if anyone likes the other options out there.

Yo forum - just scored a BNIB Nightforce NXS 2.5 to10x32 scope - a true cult classic in the shooting community!

Truly amazing that I was able to source one of these highly sought after optics (from the UK of all places?!) in brand new condition despite being this line of non parallax adjustable NXS scopes being discontinued 5+ years ago. The seller, Harry Ward from Sportman Gun Centre UK was an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with (i literally emailed then called him to confirm that it was an actual NXS 2.5 to10x32 scope as listed) and he said that the NF rep somehow had one leftover which they then acquired and then sold to me here in New Zealand.

Absolutely stoked to finally have a new NF NXS #C454 in a Mildot reticle that I've been scouring the internet stores and forums for over a year to go on my new Bolt Action 308 hunting build. Thank you so much, Harry Ward and Sportsman Gun Centre!!!!
