Thought I wanted a dasher since they seam to he popular but heard there are issue with them feeding. 6 cm barrel life kind of scares me especially for just entering into centerfire I'll need to practice alot

So my kid works at a grocery store in Arizona and got roped into signing up for the union. In case you are not aware its a right to work state and union dues are not required to work there.

A manager talked her into it while she was on shift, she is under 18 and had no idea what she signed up for. They charge $48 a month for dues, $576 a year! She only works part time and that is a huge chunk of change for her.

-Also has roughly 350 maybe a little more 147 eldm bullets and almost 8 pounds of h4350. It was shot 200 times before I bought it then I shot it maybe 150 times.

We currently live in East TX and my wife and myself both work remotely. We have been dicussing one final move to a more remote location to ride out the crazy until it's time for the big dirt nap. We love living in TX and we are in a pretty rural area now. However, the heat & humidity will not be tenable as we get into our 60s and beyond. I don't want any harsh winters or heavy snowfall. I don't want anything on the gulf coast - a hurricane wiping out infrastructure and no means to rebuild. I would love to find somewhere that is as gun friendly as TX with no or low taxes.

We are still a couple of years away from being ready to drop some coin on land but we would like to narrow our list down and start traveling to some of the potential new sites to get a feel for the area.

Have heard the ultra 7 is almost as quit as the Dominus.
I do like the shortness of the Dominus but the diameter or the ultra because I’m not crazy about how they look on a thinner barrel bolt action.

Hey guys new user here, I’m working on putting together a 7 prc rifle. I bought a Chirstensen ridgeline barrled action from Brownells and ordered a stock and bottom metal from ag composites. My question is what would be an ideal scope for this set up. I have a leupold mk4 4.5-14x50 in the safe that I was planning on running on a different rifle but I may use it. I’ve been looking at a nightforce nx8 2.5-20x50 and love everything about it except the price. The rifle will be used mainly for elk and whitetail. I’d also like to start trying to shoot further distances. Im currently pretty comfortable at 500 yds with my 300 wsm.

Back in March my pocket beagle was diagnosed with diabetes.We started her on insulin and got her a stable dosage routine but now she is slowly losing her vision. There is no sadder a sight than to see her walk into things or look around the room for us when we are right there in front of her.She still has spunk and spark and eats and drinks fine its just the vision is going downhill. Will never put her down just because of the vision since she is not suffering but lots of people tell me her quality of life is suffering. Really between a rock a hard place.

Has anyone bought the new pro-x from bullet central? I know it’s new, but curious if anyone has any opinions before trying it?

I've been driving a pickup truck for 30 years, a couple fords, and a couple Toyotas in that timeframe. I'm considering picking up something with relatively low miles, and am looking for your feedback on how your SUV's have done in deeper snow on low maintenance roads. I haven't really narrowed the field yet. First pick would be a Tacoma access cab, but the fuel mileage isn't that great and the seats on my 2003 Tacoma sucked. Also looking at the Subaru Outback, maybe Crosstrek too, and the Nissan Rogue(lose value quickly). The tundra I currently drive only gets 12-15 in the winter crawling around on the back roads .
Since (*^_@! WA State has the highest fuel prices in the nation (FUCK the dipshit Dems) I'm looking for better economy and snow travel ability as well, in my retired winter hunting adventures.

Thanks in advance for your feedback/experiences.

Are there other models I should consider as well? Wife has a Rav, and I haven't been terribly impressed in the winter with deeper snow.
