Senate Bill S3223 recently introduced to the Senate Judiciary Committee seeking to ban sales of "bulk ammunition" and subject ALL ammunition sales to federal background checks and recordkeeping by FFLs. This is a new bill and had just been brought to light by 2A legal sphere watchers.

At the current time, New York State is the only state which requires state LE background checks to be performed. This bill aims to do the same but on the nationwide level.

I have several friends that I hunt with, but none of them hunt as much as I do. I start early archery and hunt every weekend till the end of January.
For years I have been trying to put together a trip for moose. All my friends have expressed light interest, but never would commit. not getting any younger, so (at my wife's urging) I booked a trip this year (leaving in 2 weeks).
The guys can't understand how I can go alone. I don't know about anybody else but I don't need someone to hold my hand to do something I love. After all will be spending the week with a guide.

Maybe Frank Green will elaborate on the content. Thought the standard/conventional vs polygonal rifling in relation to dispersion was interesting, especially for ELR, and forcing cone angle may have an effect on SD and ES.

PP F&F or postal money order accepted. Action will need to be shipped to FFL. Communist state sells are on case by case bases and will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

In the meantime, the homeowner draws his own pistol and an exchange of gunfire broke out between the man and the two thugs. The man was not struck and unfortunately, the two criminals were not hit by his return fire either and fled. What's the one tip you have recieved over the years that has significantly improved your success rate?

Mine was practice shooting with an elevated heart rate. I've found myself making much better shots on animals and I'm a lot more confident taking those shots when it feels like my heart is trying to exit my chest.

Up for sale is a small Sebenza 31 with the natural micarta inlays. The knife is in very good condition with only one or two very small trails on the clip (pictured). The micarta on this one is very good and one of the best inlays that I’ve seen on a Sebenza. Lockup is solid and centering is perfect. Refer to the card in the picture for blade and material specifics. Does not have the original paracord lanyard material (replaced with a leather lanyard) but it does have the original lanyard bar and lanyard bead from CRK. $350 shipped ppf&f.

I bought a Savage Axis a few years back for a project I just got started on. I pulled off the 30-06 barrel today in preparation to have the action trued and install a light Palma 8x57 barrel.

When I broke the barrel nut loose, I noticed a bunch of tiny little round objects come out of the threads. I was able to get the action off the barrel tenon no problem but the nut locked up hard half way off. Needless to say I’m a bit perplexed by what this could be. Feels metallic but I didn’t try to get them to stick to a magnet. Almost looks like fine spherical gunpowder, but like extra fine and again, really hard.

Any ideas? Anyone ever seen anything like this? The rifle is new from Cabelas, and is still unfired. Thanks.
