    Gel coat look

    Is there a way/kit to do a stock paint job to mimic the gel coat colors and feel or is that only possible during manufacture? I would be trying it on a B&C M40 stock. I want to try mimic the “smear” look like the MacMillans. Also more of a slight gloss finish.

    Pricing of handguns vs ARs vs bolts

    Why is it good 1911s seem to cost more or the same as high end ARs and good bolt actions cost more than both those. The ARs have so many more moving parts. Is it a supply and demand thing? Am I wrong?Just curios, not a discussion about what's better or worse.
