I have a USO scope, the SN3 tpal and do not know if it is Mil or Moa? Is there a test that I can perform with out shooting them to tell. I do not have acess to the range right now and US optics does not have a build sheet it on record Thanks for any help

Just got a USO sn-3 3.2-17. This scope just does not seem as clear as my nightforces. Just can't seem to get it very clear at 100 yds. Has anybody found this or is it just me?

Simple question: Do US Optics scopes all have serial numbers or is this something that was started at some point but earlier models don't have them.
