I've put 200ish rounds through it. It's hands down the most accurate rifle I've ever shot- it prints 1/2 moa groups very consistently. It has shot .6" groups at 300 yards. I am not a gifted shooter.

Rifle comes with bipod as shown, along with (1) 5 rnd and (2) 10 round AI mags. Also includes a soft carry case for protection during shipping.

I have a half dozen various brand cleaning rods, brushes, jags, etc. They do the job but are all kind of crappy. I am wanting to purchase a quality setup. I don’t know who makes them but I have seen some cleaning rods that were one piece and fiberglass or something similar and they spun on the handles almost as if they had bearings. I am finally at a spot where I have some quality rifles and now I want some quality equipment to take care of them. What do you recommend?

For sale as a package my 5” Nighthawk Predator with RMR. I am The original owner, I purchased it 2012, had a flat wire spring installed and the slide cut for an RMR 3.5 dot in 2021. The pistol has 2500 to 3000 rounds. The holster are from Garrett and QVO, the 5 cobra 8rd mags are new w/the 2 original nighthawk mags & 2 Wilson mags & 5 cobra 10rd mags. I have the original cocabola wood grips that I replaced with G7 grips. Just thought I’d share my experience with these guys. At the beginning of the year I ordered one of their uppers in 308. Was a 12 week wait, and anyone who’s ever ordered something like this can attest to, it was a long ass wait. Only good about the wait was that it gave me time to build out the lower. I’ll skip all lower details, it’s all the same quality stuff that everyone uses. The day finally arrives that I can get out to the range and start doing the barrel break-in that is recommended by Compass Lake. I wasn’t really shooting for group sizes during this procedure, but I was hoping to see some tight groups. That’s nothing like what was happening. I had multiple box’s of ammo from various manufacturers in weights ranging from 150 grain to 185 grain. Most of it was march grade ammo and all of it shot like shit. Best group I could get over 3 different range sessions was about a 1.125 group. The following group I shot with the exact same box of ammo opened up to 4". The biggest grouping I had with some Barnes match was about 10" So I called Compass Lake. We’ve all heard of good customer service, that isn’t even remotely what I got. I got OutFuckingstanding customer service! I spoke to Conrad, explained to him what was happening and he said to send it back and they will either fix the issue or replace the barrel. He shot it and basically got the same results that I did. So they turned another barrel and shot it, same thing. Seems as if they got a bad batch of barrels from Krieger. As they say, the third barrel is the charm. I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Throughout this whole process, Conrad always took the time to answer any questions, provide updates and express his dissatisfaction with the barrels as well. I’ll post some pics of the test groups that were sent to me, hopefully I can shoot half as good. If anyone is in the market for a quality upper backed by some OutFucking Standing customer service, give Compass Lake a call ! The first two groups were fired before fluting. The last group was shot after fluting to make sure that the fluting process didn’t screw anything up

I have a 300wsm that’s absolutely the bane of my existence. It started as a Savage Long Range Hunter and now has a new trigger and MDT XRS chassis. No matter what I do it doesn’t shoot under 2”. I’ve tried multiple bullet, powder and primer combinations. Bullets from 150gr lead and copper all the way to 185gr lead and copper bullets. It like everything at least 50 thousandths off the lands.
My son and I each took a deer with it a couple weeks ago, but the shots were within 250 yards.
Im getting single digit SD’s and occasionally putting two bullets I. The same hole, but can’t get a really good group. I’ve had a couple shooters at my range have very similar results.
Factory ammo is worse.
Will moving further off the lands help?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
