    cant get it lined up

    YHM free float barrel nut. i put it on and hand tighten then go to tighten to the next hole and it isnt happening. removed it probably 20 times trying to get the timing down and just cant. any tips?

    New AR, just finished building, went shooting today. Two or three rounds would be fine then it wouldnt pick up the next round. Id pull the charging handle and it would feed. There were a few times that even when I pulled the charging handle to cycle it wouldnt grab one. I tried the mags...

    Bought a 700 ADL in .308

    Saw it at a great price at academy, didnt realize till I got home there isnt the std bottom metal to allow for extended mags. So does this mean if I wanted to add an extended mag I need to replace the stock with another 700 stock or an aftermarket one or am I SOL?

    Fieldcraft Mil-Dot sizing at magnification

    Question on determining target range based on mil-dot sizing. Since the mil dot reading will be different at 3x then it is at 10x how do I do the math on different magnifications?

    Rem 700 in .223 v .308

    Sought help on along range AR that is about complete (waiting on the barrel), but have been eyeing a 700 for a while. Always wanted in .308, but I am not sure there is really a need for me to have it in .308. I dont deer hunt. My range is >800yds. Thoughts?
