Docmedic, i agree with you that a gap-10 is a better choice if accuracy is your first concern. About price, don't forget that the larue comes with a adjustable gas block, nice trigger, and better stock, all of those are upgrades for the gap-10, making the price about equal. Sent from my iPhone...

I have a 20" 6.8spc pac-nor barrel on an ar-15 that was chambered by ar-15 performance. it shoots sub moa with my hand loads and has shot .5 moa at 400 quite a few times. +1 for pac-nor.

i loved my grendel, so im not a hater, but in his letter he compares a 123gr 6.5 bullet to a 150g 308 bullet. Im sure anyone who knows anything about ballistics would see right through the fact that they are trying to gimp the 308 to make the 65g look better.

the old premier discount was minimal straight through premier, was a flat amount, so it was ok for the light tactical but was crappy for the 5-25 compared to what you could get from the other high end companies.
