What's the quality like of counter sniper scopes? I dont havea huge budget and am look at a an 8-32x 56? any thoughts would be greatly apprecieated as i have only vaguely heard this forum talk about this brand. Thanks

Howdy folks. I received my new NXS 5.5-22x50mm w/ zero-stop, MLR reticle, and MIL turrets. However, I do have one question... Looking at the attached image, do you see the lines below the elevation turret? Is my scope supposed to have these? It does not...so I am curious.
