Looking for a good hog trap checking and snake charmer handgun. (s.tx hogs and plenty of rattlers, i shot at least 6 this last summer, and thats pretty consistant.)
I have a 22magnum rifle that works great for this but having to walk back to the truck to grab my rifle VS having a light pocket...
Hey there!
I found this great Forum some time ago, until now i was just reading because my english is not very good but now i registered, and here comes first post :
Did someone try to load the .308 or .300 with pistol powders
like N110 or R910 and can share experience? I found some data on...
Primed 500 45acp brass and am not going to be able to load them until tommorrow afternoon and was wondering if putting them in the fridge would help keep them and so they dont get to hot during the day until I can load them tommorow night, any thoughts?
Thanks

My 'Smith called me the other day and said he had something I had to see. He said he has an XP 100 in 260Rem that someone tried to get rifle velocity out of. Ya, that pegged my interest so I headed to his shop.
I dont know the particulars of the load, but the owner mentioned something to the...
Not sure what reminded me of this but on my first tour in 04 (Phantom Fury) Fallujah we were clearing sectors looking for weapons cashes etc.
I'm trying to remember were it was, I believe I found it stuffed inside of a torn up couch.
I found what appeared to be a 9mm completely lined in gold...
This is probably old hat to most of you, but a little light bulb turned on for me on this one...
In one of Lowlight's videos on youtube, I noticed the trigger hand was gripping the pistolgrip with the thumb "up" instead of wrapped around. Sorta like a fencing foil grip.
I thought that was odd...
I haven't been nearly as vigilant in labeling my pistol brass for number of times fired as I do for my rifle brass.
In all truth, I haven't been as vigilant about my bulk (blasting).223 and 5.56 brass either as I pick up quite a bit, in addition to my own. I clean it all and handle it / inspect...
ok, so i saw the other day a rifle style stock for an auto pistol... it attached at the bottom of the pistol's grip. gun had a vertical foregrip and a folding stock mounted on a glock .40... Anyway i have been trying to find who makes something like this and so far have been unsuccessful...
Is it legal to build an AR pistol up from a stripped lower?
Even though it is Nevada, would I need to buy a AR pistol from a dealer, or could I just piece it together myself?
Thanks in advance for any input.
I have a Springfield armory TRP, and it's a great shooter. My question to the forum ....I have a fellow shooter who is thinking about checkering his colt to match the checkering on the grip of my TRP. I told him it would be cheaper to trade his gun for a model with this option. Now with that...
I have seen a number of great looking SBR AR-15 uppers for sale recently, both 10" and 14". My question is if I purchase a RRA marked pistol lower and transfer it as a pistol on a 4417 can I purchase a SBR upper and attach it to my pistol lower without any legal issues? I believe the SBR lower...

Now that I finally have my .22 can on my buckmark, I need a good holster to carry the whole package. I've looked at the Battlecloth holsters and I will probably order one in the next week or so. Just wondering if there are any other suppressed pistol holsters around. Pics would be great. Thanks.
Has anyone tried using small pistol primers in 223 subsonic loads. I know they are not as heavey duty as the rifle primers and can't take the high pressure loads. But just wondering if they would work in sub sonic loads.
